I only ordered this stamp because I thought it came with the State Emblem on it as illustrated but it does not. Without it, it is just an oversized and overpriced standard stamp.

I ordered this stamp to have the State seal on it like in the illustration but it does not...only ends up being a really expensive standard stamp!
